The application process consists of an application, three recommendations (minister, employer, and general), camp schedule, affidavit, background check, photo, and cover letter. All must be completed and/or signed. An interview will be conducted after all documents are received and reviewed. A CHECKLIST has been provided for your convenience. The PDF Application on the left contains form fields. You may fill in all fields and save the file. You may submit the completed application by attaching it to an E-mail message to recruiting@lifeforyouthcamp.com. Adobe Reader 7.0 or later is needed to save the file. There is a link provided for you at the bottom of the page to update your version if needed. Please print and complete all documents. You may mail or fax the documents
